The fine print, kept short.

OneKit provides free, browser-based tools for media conversion, compression, downloading, and related utilities. Tools are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use unless you're on a paid plan that explicitly permits otherwise. You must be at least 13 years old to use OneKit.

Free tools are available with daily or monthly usage limits shown on the Pricing page. We may adjust these limits at any time to keep the service sustainable. Paid Pro or Business plans, where available, remove ads and raise limits; features and pricing may change and will be reflected on the Pricing page before taking effect.

Tools like the YouTube/Social Downloader, Media Converter, and Background Remover process files or links you provide. You are responsible for having the right to download, upload, convert, or edit that content. Do not use OneKit to infringe copyright, violate a platform's terms of service, or process content you don't have permission to use. We do not monitor or claim ownership over content you process through the tools, and we are not responsible for how you use the output.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse tool limits or overload our servers.
• Upload malicious files, or use OneKit to distribute malware or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell OneKit's tools as your own service.

We may suspend access for accounts or IP addresses that violate these terms.

OneKit is provided on a best-effort basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce a specific quality of output (for example, AI background removal or transcription accuracy can vary by input). Always keep your own backup of original files before processing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools, including lost files, lost time, or lost revenue.

We may update these terms as OneKit adds features or plans. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use OneKit after changes means you accept the revised terms.
