OneKit (myonekit.com) is a set of free browser-based tools for downloading, converting, compressing, and editing media, along with a few utilities like a QR generator, speed test, and username checker. You do not need to create an account to use any tool.

When you use a tool like Background Remover, Compressor, Media Converter, or Transcriber, the file you upload is sent to our server only long enough to run the requested operation (e.g. removing a background or converting a format). We do not store your files after processing, we do not review them manually, and we do not use them to train any model. Once the result is returned to your browser, the source file and any temporary copies are deleted from our servers.

Tools that run fully in your browser (such as certain image edits) never send your file anywhere at all.

We collect a small amount of technical data automatically, standard for any website:

• Basic request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used for security and diagnosing errors.
• Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics to understand which tools are popular and where people run into problems.

We do not sell this information, and we do not build advertising profiles of individual users ourselves.

OneKit is supported by ads served through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Some tools rely on third-party APIs to work (for example, fetching a public video for the downloader tools). We only send the minimum information required for that specific request, such as the URL you submitted. We do not share your files or personal data with third parties beyond what is needed to deliver the tool's function.

You can use almost every OneKit tool without providing any personal information. Where an email address is used, such as our optional Pro plan or Temp Email tool, it is used solely for that feature. You can request that we delete any data associated with your email by contacting us below.

OneKit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of OneKit after changes means you accept the revised policy.
